VEGETAL BURGERS
400 gr potatoes
300 gr zucchini
100g carrots
extra virgin olive oil
chopped fresh rosemary
breadcrumbs
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 tablespoons of grain
Dice the vegetables and boil 15 minutes x steam. With a potato masher to pass the vegetables and add all the ingredients keeping aside a little ‘bread crumbs.
Forming of approximately 100 g burgers, brush with oil sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs and bake x 20 minutes at 180 degrees
