Quando, ieri sera, misi a letto la mia piccola guerriera, notai le rosse guance come Heidi e gli occhioni sbattuti come dopo una battaglia ma ero convinta che fosse solo stanchezza e che un buon sonno rigeneratore avrebbe alleviato ogni fatica e invece... alle 5.00, una vocina insistente mi ha buttata giù dal letto pregandomi "late... mamma"!
Nel breve attimo che impiegai ad allungare il braccio per accarezarle il viso, una folata di dubbi e all'istante la risposta... "ma non può essersi svegliata perchè ha fame... ha bevuto un biberon colmo di latte e biscotti prima di addormentarsi... ma sta bene???... Noooooo..... HA LA FEBBRE!!!".
Aveva la fronte bollente, per non parlare del paffutello corpicino che mi portai subito al petto per coccolarlo e che mi scaldò all'istante. Quando la accoccolai sul divano, e alla luce fioca di una lampada, vidi due occhioni gonfi e le guance paonazze. Aveva 39.50!
Ero ben lungi dallo spaventarmi, perchè nel primo anno di vita, avevo fatto una lunga ed estenuante gavetta che da pricipiante, mi aveva ormai portata a destreggiarmi alla grande. Sapevo cosa fare... tachipirina e impacchi di acqua fredda e se la cosa fosse andata avanti, i 39° erano solo la causa del mal di gola che avrei curato con l'ibuprofene per bimbi!
E così nel primo caldo weekend di giugno a 12 ore dal misfatto, siamo chiusi in casa a combattere con una fastidiosa febbre che anche nel pomeriggio ha toccato i 38° e mezzo!
Ormai, però, ho già appurato che ha il lieve mal di gola che avevo fiutato (dicono ci sia il virus di turno in questi giorni...) e il quart'ultimo molare che ha ormai tagliato e mentre scrivo, l'antinfiammatorio ha già fatto effetto ed è qui che mi saltella intorno con la sua allegra vocina di bimba spensierata!!!
Ingredienti:250 gr di farina integra
50 gr di manitoba
50 gr di farina 0
150 gr di farina 00
300 ml di latte intero
2 cucchiaini di zucchero
1 1/2 cucchiaino di lievito in polvere
1 1/2 cucchiaino di sale
4 cucchiai di olio evo
Ho lavorato tutto assieme e lasciato lievitare per quasi 3 ore. A fine lievitazione, io ho voluto aggiungere olive e wurstel, (ma qui basta solo un pò di fantasia) e lavorato ancora il tutto per altri 10 minuti.
Cotti in forno a 180° per 25 minuti circa e pronti in tavola caldi e fumanti.

The software also supports to change the font style and color. The default color for subtitles in MPEG Encoder Ultimate is white, which is almost impossible to read in the light colored sections of your movie. Click on "T" setting to change the font size and color to make selections to fit your needs.
