Ci buttiamo sul dolce? Sprofondiamo i nostri malumori nella dolcezza delle mele? Affodiamo i denti nella fragranza della pasta frolla?
Ahhh.... sto quasi meglio.
Da qualche tempo, la mia guerriera, si è data ai Teletubbies. E così, in una delle tante puntate, hanno insegnato come fare la torta di mele che ora illustrerò. Premetto che a dimostrare la cosa nella puntata in oggetto, altro non era che un babbo con i suoi due piccoli bambini. Mi ha fatto venire voglia di provarla e non posso non dire:MMMMMHHHH CHE BUONA!!!
Occorrente:
Una piccola pirofila di porcellana
Per il ripieno:5 o 6 mele pelate e ridotte a cubetti non troppo piccoli
una spolverata di zucchero di canna grezzo (in alternativa va bene anche il classico)
una spolverata di cannella
Per la pasta frolla:
135 gr di farina
60 g di zucchero
70 gr di burro
3 tuorli
sale
Prima di tutto ho pelato e tagliato le mele e messe nella pirofila. Ho spolverato, prima con abbondante zucchero e poi con cannella. 
Ho impastato la pasta frolla e l'ho subito tirata con il mattarello senza lasciarla a riposo in frigo.
Ho coperto tutta la superficie della pirofila con la pasta frolla.
Ho spennellato con latte.
Ho posto in forno già caldo a 200° per circa 25 minuti.
Sfornato e servito bollente. Nel momento di servirlo, ho dato una spolverata di zucchero a velo.
