The first recipe book of the baker, I could not dedicate it to white bread that are a big consumer. What I point out below, is not the classic recipe book for bread machines, but the recipe that I use also routinely to make pizza. The result is great, and I recommend it for both versions.

Ingredients to be inserted in the machine in this order:

3oo ml lukewarm water
5oo gr white flour (possibly mixed with Manitoba)
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 ucchiaino of salt
Use the longer program which for me is 3 hours and once cooked, turn out immediately and lasciareraffreddare. Once cooled, I suggest you keep it in Frido in a plastic saccheto food.
