Ingredients:
400 grams of pasta for piza
100g chopped walnuts
200g blue cheese
1 Tbsp. olive oil

Preparation:
Roll out the dough, placing at the center the kernels chopped, fold it on itself to handle and to incorporate the nuts.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to obtain an approximately cm thick disc.
A gere a round baking pan with a little oil and agadiare the dough.
Heat the bottom to 210 gr.
Remove the zest of blue cheese and cut into small cubes Molot.
Spread on cake and bake for 10 minutes or until the cake is just golden.
Cut into wedges and serve calda.Buon appetite !!!
